Join us for our annual Women’s Health Day and take some time for you. Women of all ages are warmly invited to come along, meet local organisations and health professionals, discover information and support, and enjoy a welcoming, relaxed day in the community. Whether you come on your own, with a friend or with someone you know, take a little time out to focus on your health and wellbeing. Everyone is welcome, and admission is free.

Location: St. Fursey’s Hall, Headford

A wide range of organisations will be joining us on the day to provide information, advice and support across a variety of women’s health and wellbeing topics.
There is no need to book – simply come along, take your time, have a chat and find out what support is available locally. Bring a friend and make a morning of it!
