Hello Headford takes place again this year, on Wednesday 15th May 2024
Now in it's third year, and developed by Mental Health Ireland, the event gives everybody the opportunity to talk about mental health and wellbeing issues. We'll post more info as soon as it becomes available.
Solas Mens Health Day takes place on Tuesday 11th of June 2024.
It's now an annual event, and it gives all our menfolk a chance to meet and talk to a variety of health specialists, al under one roof. If you've attended before, you will know what to expect. If you haven't, then make a note of the date. More details to follow shortly.
